Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions: a. "Company" refers to Packed Up, a packaging solutions provider. b. "Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing packaging products or services from the Company. c. "Products" refer to the packaging materials or items provided by the Company.

  2. Orders: a. All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Company. b. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. c. Order acceptance and completion will be communicated by the Company to the Customer.

  3. Payments: a. Payment terms shall be as agreed upon between the Customer and the Company. b. Payments must be made in the currency specified by the Company. c. Failure to make payment may result in order cancellation or delayed delivery.

  4. Delivery: a. The Company will make best efforts to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe. b. Delivery costs will be communicated to the Customer at the time of order placement. c. The Company is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.

  5. Returns and Refunds: a. The Customer must inspect all Products upon delivery and report any issues to the Company within 24 hours. b. Returns will only be accepted for damaged or faulty Products. c. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Company.

  6. Liability: a. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. b. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the value of the order. c. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the use of the Products.

  7. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

  8. Amendments: a. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. b. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing.

  9. Returns: a. Bespoke items and food packaging are non-returnable. Stock packaging items may be returned to us in perfect resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

By placing an order with the Company, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
